For the best print quality, we recommend photos with at least 150 DPI. Generally, any photo taken with a modern smartphone (at least 2-3 megapixels) will look fantastic on our standard canvas sizes. Our editor will warn you if a photo's resolution is too low.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout. Production of your custom collage takes 1 business day before shipping.
Because our production process is highly automated to ensure fast delivery, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. Please contact us immediately if you notice a mistake.
