Right of Withdrawal
Information regarding your legal right to cancel an order.
Exception for Custom Goods
Please note: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Because our photo collages are custom-printed using your personal images and specific layout choices, we cannot resell them. Therefore, you cannot cancel your order once production has begun.
Cancellation Window
We offer a 2-hour grace period after placing your order during which you can cancel for a full refund. After 2 hours, the files are automatically sent to our printing machines.
Defective Goods
This exception does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If your custom collage arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us immediately for a free replacement.
