Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our service. These terms apply to all purchases made on Tracklem.com.

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Tracklem Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and you as our customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") via our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.

3. Custom Products (User Content)

By uploading images to our editor, the Customer confirms they hold the necessary copyright and usage rights for those images. The Seller is not liable for copyright infringements resulting from Customer uploads. The Customer grants the Seller a temporary license to reproduce the images solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices stated on our website include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Shipping costs are added separately. Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Invoice.

5. Delivery & Retention of Title

Delivery times are stated in the shipping section. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty & Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Slight color deviations between the digital preview on your monitor and the printed product are technically unavoidable and do not constitute a defect.
